Energy surcharge: Due to rising energy prices, we are forced to charge DKK 25 per apartment per night.
Arrival: From 15:00. From 12:00 surcharge DKK 200 (not possible July/August). Arrival outside reception opening hours: Call on the day of arrival.
Departure: 10:00. Deluxe stays have late departure at 11:00. Departure at 12.00 surcharge DKK 200 per apartment (not possible July/August).
Final cleaning incl. when the apartment i tidy: Furniture, table- and kitchenware in right places. Waste bin is emptied. We would like the dishwasher to be empty, or dishes from breakfast may be left in the machine, started on a quick program. We provide final cleaning.
Cancellation or rebooking:
FLEX: Free when booked directly. Move your stay free of charge until 3 days before arrival. Any price difference is charged/voucher is issued.
FLEX & CANCEL: DKK 250 per. Move or cancel the stay until the day before arrival. If canceled on the day of arrival, one night will be charged.
(Special rules for Christmas and New Year stays).
Without FLEX & CANCEL: More than 14 days before arrival: DKK 250. Cancel 14-7 days before arrival: 50% of the value of the stay is settled. Cancel less than 7 days before arrival: 100% is settled.
Waste: Household waste in containers in containers between houses, behind the half-door. Glass, metal and cardboard in environmental stations by the playground or behind the bike rental.
Allergy: Let us know if you want an allergy home. Gluten-free breakfast complete (bread from frost) supplement DKK 15.
Location: If you want an apartment in a selected area, please call. Supplement DKK 200 per apartment.
Force Majeure: If the stay is prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), Ribe Byferie Resort is not liable for compensation.
Pets: Must be notified when booking, supplement DKK 250 per. apartment. Not allowed in the furniture. Pets in an allergy home: DKK 2.500 is settled for total cleaning.
In the apartment by arrival: 1 dishcloth, 1 tea towel, 2 dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, bath mat, small bag of coffee, 2 coffee filters, creamer & sugar, 2 tea bags and toilet paper.
Internet: Free Wi-Fi.
Tenant's responsibility: The tenant is responsible for the holiday home's furniture etc. Damages incurred during the stay will be settled upon departure.
Linens and towels: Hotel apartment and all Deluxe stays: We provide towels, make the beds and take off linen by departure. Other stays: Rent towels and bed linen at the reception and return by departure, DKK 95 per person. Order made beds and towels DKK 140 per person incl. the linen. -Or bring your own.
Breakfast: Included in the stays Mini holiday Deluxe, Hotel apartment, Black Sun stay, Ribe stay, Culinary stay: Breakfast complete with 2 rolls, rye bread, butter, jam, sliced cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea, milk and sugar. Supplement for gluten-free (froast bread) DKK 15.
Other stays: Pre-order breakfast complete or bread etc. at the reception the day before (not possible until 24 / 12-26 / 12 + 1/1).
Laundry and ironing: Laundrette can be used around the clock. Iron and ironing board is provided. Access with the apartment key.
Parking & charging stations: Free parking. Parking facilities locked at night, for access use house key. Charging stations (Credit card or Norlys App) for electric cars.
Smoking: All homes are non-smoking. If smoking in the home is settled for total cleaning, DKK 2500.
