Entrance hall, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. Courtyard.
2. level: room with 3 beds in open connection to the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker/hot-air oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and various items of crockery. The lounge has a sofa bed, TV/radio and telephone. Entrance hall and shower room plus 1–2 bedrooms. All self-catering units have either a pleasant courtyard garden or a balcony, with garden furniture. All houses benefit from a wireless hotspot; usage can be paid for online or in reception. All houses and shared facilities are no-smoking zones.

Some apartments are specially furnished with wheelchair users and allergy sufferers in mind.
