The holiday apartment is 68 m2, located on the ground floor and arranged over 2 floors.
The apartment offers an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. From the kitchen there is access to the patio with garden furniture.
From the living room there is a staircase up to an additional room.
The kitchen has a stove, convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle and various crockery.
In the living room is a double sofa bed, TV/radio and internal telephone. There is a high chair in the home. Baby cots can be rented at the reception.
In the extra room upstairs are 3 single beds.

Bed linen and towels must be brought or rented unless they are included in the stay you book.

Allergy: Let us know if you want an allergy home. Gluten-free breakfast complete (bread from frost) supplement DKK 15.
In the apartment by arrival: dishcloth, tea towel, dishwashing liquid and tabs, hand soap, shampoo ant toilet paper. Coffee and tea.
Laundry and ironing: Laundrette can be used around the clock. Iron and ironing board is provided. Access with the apartment key.
Linens and towels: Included in some of our stays. If not included, please rent in the reception or bring your own.
Location: If you want an apartment in a selected area, please call. Supplement DKK 200 per apartment.
Pets: Must be notified when booking, supplement DKK 250 per. apartment. Not allowed in the furniture. Pets in an allergy home: DKK 2.500 is settled for total cleaning.
Tenant's responsibility: The tenant is responsible for the holiday home's furniture etc. Damages incurred during the stay will be settled upon departure.
Parking & charging stations: Free parking. Parking facilities locked at night, for access use house key. Charging stations (Credit card or Norlys App) for electric cars.
Smoking: All homes are non-smoking. If smoking in the home is settled for total cleaning, DKK 2500.
Force Majeure: If the stay is prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), Ribe Byferie Resort is not liable for compensation
