Departure: 10:00. Deluxe stays have late departure at 11:00.
Departure at 12.00 surcharge DKK 200 per apartment (not possible July/August).
Final cleaning incl. when the apartment i tidy: Furniture, table- and kitchenware in right places. Waste bin is emptied. We would like the dishwasher to be empty, or dishes from breakfast may be left in the machine, started on a quick program. We provide final cleaning.

Cancellation or rebooking:
FLEX: Free when booked directly. Move your stay free of charge until 3 days before arrival. Any price difference is charged/voucher is issued.
FLEX & CANCEL: DKK 250 per. Move or cancel the stay until the day before arrival. If canceled on the day of arrival, one night will be charged.
(Special rules for Christmas and New Year stays).
Without FLEX & CANCEL: More than 14 days before arrival: DKK 250. Cancel 14-7 days before arrival: 50% of the value of the stay is settled. Cancel less than 7 days before arrival: 100% is settled.

Groups
We are flexible regarding changes, so please agree on the details when you make your booking.
Otherwise, the following applies:
Cancellation 15-30 days before arrival: 25% of the total value of the stay will be charged.
Cancellation 8-14 days before arrival: 50% of the total value of the stay will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: the full value of the stay will be charged.

We rent out canoes, bicycles, children's bicycle seats, children's bicycles, cargo bikes, pushchairs and scooters.

During the Danish school holidays, there are activities for families with children at the Ribes Vikinger Museum, Ribe Art Museum, the Wadden Sea Centre, Ribe Swimming Pool and the Ribe Leisure Center.

We offers gluten-free breakfast complete (bread from freezer), supplement DKK 15.

Made beds and towels are included when you book a hotel apartment or a deluxe stay: We provide towels, make the beds, and remove the linen afterward. 

Other stays: Bring your own or rent towels and bed linen at the reception. Must be returned to the linen room upon departure.

We have a large barbeque house with space for approximately 50 people.

4 standard grills, a kettle grill, and an outdoor kitchen. We take care of daily cleaning and restock the charcoal.

Bonfire area, where we provide firewood. There are sticks for roasting bread.

Blankets and additional firewood are in a locked box – use the house key.

Breakfast is included when you book a hotel apartment or a deluxe stay.
The breakfast includes 2 rolls, rye bread, butter, jam, sliced cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea, milk, and sugar.
Surcharge for gluten-free bread (frozen) is DKK 15. Please notify us before arrival.

Other stays: Pre-order breakfast or various morning bread items at the reception no later than the day before.

We offer holiday apartments for wheelchair users and persons with limited mobility. Please note that there are no height-adjustable furniture, so wheelchair users will require assistance.
We provide shower chairs and commode chairs. At the reception, we offer wheelchair loans.

Our shared facilities are wheelchair accessible, except for the section of the lounge located on the first floor.

Must be notified when booking, supplement DKK 250 per. apartment. Not allowed in the furniture. Pets in an allergy home: DKK 2.500 is settled for total cleaning.

Force Majeure: If the stay is prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), Ribe Byferie Resort is not liable for compensation.

Group stay

1 dishcloth, 1 tea towel, dishwashing soap, hand soap, shampoo, bath mat, small bag of coffee, 2 coffee filters, creamer & sugar, 2 tea bags and toilet paper.

All stays include electricity, water, heating, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking.

The parking area is locked at night. For access use the apartment key. 

Free access to our lounge, both indoors and outdoors. Here, you can enjoy complimentary hot drinks such as coffee, cappuccino, cocoa, and tea. You can also take them to-go if you'd like to have a cup in the car.

Discounted admission to Ribe Swimming Pool and a wide range of attractions, including Ribe Viking Center, The Wadden Sea Centre, Museum Ribes Vikings, The Art Museum, Jacob A. Riis Museum, and Museum HEX.

Laundrette can be used around the clock. Payment by Danisch coins.
Iron and ironing board is provided. Access with the apartment key.

In the main building, which houses our reception, we also have cozy lounge areas.

If you are a group looking to enjoy some time together – or if you need a moment to yourself with a good cup of coffee and some time on your phone. We provide freshly brewed coffee, cappuccino, tea, and hot chocolate during the reception’s opening hours.

On the 1st floor, you’ll find the sauna & spa room. Please contact reception for access.

If you’d like to relax in the lounge area outside of the reception’s opening hours, you can access the 1st floor with your house key.
